Berry Popsicles

When Summer hits you will always find these popsicles in my freezer! Honestly from early spring to late fall I have them stocked up. I feel really good about having these on hand for all the kiddos in my life so they can grab one whenever they want a fun treat to cool down! They are packed with nutrients, protein and flavour and the fact that they don’t have any added sugar, juices, flavours, gums or any of the other things that can be found in store bought versions makes them even better in my opinion. Plus they are so easy to make, You can have them blended, poured into containers and into the freezer to set in under 5mins. This recipe makes roughly 12 popsicles but you can easily double it to have more on hand.

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cups fresh or frozen berries of choice

¼ cup banana

1 cup plain greek yogurt

3 tbsp hemp hearts

Instructions:

1. In a blender add the greek yogurt, hemp hearts, berries and banana and blend on high until smooth.

2. Pour the blended mixture into popsicle moulds, cover and then place in the freezer for a minimum of 8hrs to freeze. Eat and Enjoy!
